- Custom and commissioned pieces require consultation and approval before production
- Custom orders typically require 50% deposit with balance due upon completion
- Production timelines will be communicated during the consultation process
- Custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable (see Section 8)
B. Design Approval
- You will have the opportunity to review and approve designs before final production
- Changes requested after production begins may incur additional fees
- Final approval is your responsibility; we are not liable for approved designs

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
A. Order Acceptance

6. THE SUMMIT MEMBERSHIP

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
A. Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days
- Custom orders have longer processing times as communicated during consultation
- Processing time does not include shipping transit time
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
B. Shipping Methods and Carriers
- We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx
- Shipping method and carrier are selected based on package size, weight, and destination
- You will receive tracking information once your order ships
C. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within the United States only
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized items
- We do not offer local pickup at this time
D. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination

E. Delivery

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS
A. General Return Policy
ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-REFUNDABLE, with the exception of apparel items.
This includes but is not limited to:

B. Apparel Returns
Clothing items may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Items must include all original tags and packaging
- Items must not show any signs of wear or use
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
C. Return Process for Apparel
To return an eligible apparel item:
1. Contact us at hagenheights@hotmail.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Ship item back using a trackable shipping method
4. Include order number and reason for return
5. Customer pays all return shipping costs
D. Refunds for Apparel
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds do not include return shipping costs paid by customer
E. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
